We had arranged for a late check in, however due to flight delays we were even more late than expected. When we got into the taxi we called our hostess and she was very friendly and helpful, even though it was going to be after 10pm before we got to the apartment. When we arrived she explained how everything worked and was very pleasant.
Communication up to our arrival was great. Anna met us at the check-in and ensured everything was ok and understood. The flat was very clean and well organised.
Anita and her team were extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with leading up to and during our stay. We were able to check-in early and leave a little bit late which gave us more time to explore the shops, markets, restaurants and art that is literally right outside the door.
Anita and her team prepared a well detailed booklet with everything available and things to do to get around (bars, restaurants, shops). Anita and the rest of the crew 🙂 are super easy to contact if needed, and respond to your queries immediately.
This is a great flat and Clive and his concierge team are easy to communicate with via email, phone before and during the stay.
The host made us very welcome and all went very smoothly with all check in arrangements. Great info in the apartment booklet.
